The State of Colorado’s DMV Westgate Office is seeking a friendly DMV Advisor/Greeter to welcome customers, direct them to the right services, and help shorten wait times. You’ll be the first point of contact, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for every visitor.
Responsibilities include checking people in for appointments, assisting with the appointment kiosk and online portal, guiding walk-ins, and supporting office staff while keeping the reception area organized and professional.

The Driver License section provides Colorado credentials to the residents throughout the state which include driver licenses, instruction permits, commercial driver licenses, and identification cards.
This position will work at the front reception desk, greeting customers as they enter the building and directing them to the appropriate services based on their needs. The purpose of this position is to streamline office services, address customer concerns, and reduce transaction and wait times for customer-facing offices.
This position's main duties revolve around welcoming and advising customers at the Westgate DMV office. This position is the first point of contact with DMV customers establishing the beginning of the customer experience for that office.
This position reports onsite at the Westgate Driver License Office located at 3265 S Wadsworth Blvd, Lakewood, CO 80227.

Experience Only: One (1) year of Customer Service or Receptionist experience or other relevant work experience.

Education and Experience: A combination of related education and/or relevant Customer Service or Receptionist experience in an occupation related to the work assigned equal to one (1) year

Pursuant to the Universal Driving Standards Policy, any worker who will be expected to drive a State-owned vehicle is responsible for maintaining a safe driving record and a valid driver license prior to driving any State-owned vehicle.

Per the requirements of the Step Pay Program, any former or current State employee must be paid a rate that is equal to or greater than the appropriate step pay rate within their classification's pay range based on completed years in their current class series.

The salary for this position is $38,328 annually.
