Job summary

HomeWorks Energy, Inc. is seeking a Ductless Mini Split (DMS) Technician II to assist a Crew Lead in completing installations safely and to high quality standards. You will lead when the Crew Lead is absent and actively participate in installation tasks.

You will travel to customer sites in the North Shore region of Massachusetts, working from our Woburn HVAC office, with overtime eligibility and incentives. Health and retirement benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Basic math and measurement skills required.
• Must be able to read and follow instructions in English.
• EPA certification required for HVAC work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day activities in the installation of DMS systems.
• Provide on-the-job training, guidance, and support to team members as needed.
• Inspect completed DMS installations to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Enforce safety protocols and regulations on site.
• Communicate with customers to understand project requirements and manage expectations.
