Job summary

Homeworks Energy in Massachusetts is seeking a DMS Technician II to support installation crews, travel to customer sites in the North Shore region, and ensure safe, high-quality work.

You will assist the Crew Lead, perform quality checks, support safety briefings, and communicate with customers to confirm requirements and outcomes. EPA certification and at least 6 months HVAC experience are required.

Qualifications

• EPA certification required and high school diploma or equivalent.
• English language proficiency in reading, writing and communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist Crew Lead with daily installation activities for DMS systems.
• Provide on-the-job training and support to team members as needed.
• Report issues to management and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Inspect installations for quality and address deficiencies.
• Communicate with customers to understand requirements and ensure satisfaction.
