Job summary

HomeWorks Energy is seeking a DMS Technician II to assist the Crew Lead in installing DMS systems across the North Shore MA region. The role requires driving to customer sites, with responsibilities in installation, guidance, and quality control.

The position is full-time and hourly, with safety-focused duties and customer-facing interactions. EPA certification and HVAC experience are required, along with the ability to work in various conditions and spaces.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• EPA Certification required.
• Minimum 6 months of HVAC experience.
• Able to work from ladders and in high places.
• Able to work in confined spaces and all weather conditions.
• Follow manufacturer specifications and read/write English.

Responsibilities

• Assist Crew Lead with day-to-day installation activities of DMS systems.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members.
• Report job or employee issues to management.
• Inspect completed installations for quality and compliance with standards.
• Conduct safety briefings and enforce safety protocols.
• Communicate with customers to understand project requirements and expectations.
• Perform additional tasks as required.
