Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Определение целей и дорожной карты продукта совместно с DMS Product Director.
• Мониторинг UX, требований закона и анализ рынка/конкурентов/клиентов.
• Проверка требований, критериев приемки и backlog/sprint приоритетов.
• Контроль утверждения поставки, пилотных фаз и взаимодействие с командами развёртывания.
• Участие в пред-продажах, подготовке котировок и встречах с клиентами поставщиками.
• Управление командой: цели по производительности, обучение, компетенции и найм.

Role Overview: Responsible for defining core product evolutions, building roadmaps, and managing the backlog for Dealer Management Solutions (DMS) across Europe (focusing on regions using iCar, Datacar, and Eris).

• Define goals and manage product roadmaps in collaboration with the DMS Product Director.
• Monitor user experience, legal requirements, and conduct market/competitor/customer context analysis.
• Validate requirements (Epics and Features), acceptance criteria, and manage the product backlog and sprint priorities.
• Oversee delivery approval, pilot phases, and collaborate with deployment teams.
• Participate in pre-sales presentations, quotations, and customer/supplier meetings.
• Manage team activities (performance objectives, training, competencies, and recruitment needs).

Требования

• Strong knowledge of the automotive business and substantial experience with a DMS (Dealer Management Solutions) solution.
• SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) process, Agile/Scrum backlog management (Epics, Features, Sprints).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, cross-collaboration capabilities across international R&D and operations teams, and stakeholder management.
