Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's in finance, business administration, economics, computer science, statistics, mathematics or related disciplines preferred.
• Passion and demonstrated interest in the markets.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and strong communication.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing situations.
• Some understanding of markets and trading lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of financial markets and Citadel Securities liquidity delivery.
• Learn IPO processes from client outreach to materials review.
• Coordinate across asset classes to provide market activity updates.
• Observe trading strategies around events on the systematic team.
