Citadel Securities is a technology-driven global market maker offering an 11-week internship in New York, designed to challenge the impossible in markets through collaboration with senior team members.

You will develop fundamental and quantitative knowledge, identify data-driven signals, and gain exposure to traders and researchers. On-site benefits include meals, wellness amenities, networking events, housing options, and a competitive weekly base salary of $3,800–$4,300.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in financial markets and the fundamentals that drive them.
• Ability to think about the world systematically and quantitatively, with a logical approach to uncertainty.
• Intermediate experience with programming, especially Python, preferred, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Develop in-depth fundamental knowledge of a sector or industry and broad financial markets knowledge.
• Identify pricing inefficiencies and collaborate with traders to monetize predictions.
• Identify new data sources and transform unstructured data into signals.
• Own the information space you work within (e.g., large-cap tech) by monitoring marketplace trends.
