Mercy is seeking a DME Technician to deliver, install and service durable medical equipment in patients' homes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely reimbursement. This role supports clinicians and patients by maintaining equipment and coordinating with care teams.

Requires a high school diploma, 2 years of experience, and a valid driver’s license. An associates or technical degree is preferred, with 4 years of applicable experience valued.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years cumulative experience.
• Valid Driver’s License for all Mercy locations.
• Associates degree or technical degree preferred.
• 4 years applicable experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Delivers, installs and returns Durable Medical Equipment (DME).
• Performs set-up and maintenance of home oxygen and DME devices.
• Documents procedures and equipment delivery/pickup to expedite reimbursement.
• Operates in a manner consistent with Mercy mission, values and standards.
