Human Touch Home Care in Colorado Springs is seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to support daily operations of our DME business. The role focuses on customer service, clerical tasks, data entry, and store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, clerical, retail or customer service roles.
• DME experience strongly preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls.
• Assist with paperwork, filing, scanning, and data entry.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and office coordination.
• Support daily administrative operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Greet customers and assist with in-store inquiries.
• Help customers with questions about medical equipment and supplies.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and professional retail environment.
• Assist with inventory tracking and supply management.
• Support order processing and coordination as needed.
