Job summary

ACHC is seeking an Associate Program Director to lead the DME and Sleep programs from our Raleigh-Durham headquarters with hybrid remote work. You will oversee Surveyors and department staff, shape accreditation strategies, and drive continuous improvement with senior leadership.

The role requires 10+ years in related work, 5+ years managing teams, and travel up to 25%. Candidates should excel at stakeholder relationships, public speaking, and program development to grow ACHC's national presence

Qualifications

10+ years of relevant work experience with 5+ years in people management.
Strong interpersonal, oral/written communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Provide standards interpretation in assigned program areas for customers, Surveyors, and accreditation staff.
Review survey documentation for accreditation staff as needed.
Establish strategic relationships with industry and government leaders to strengthen national presence.
Maintain ongoing dialogue with current corporate customers to ensure retention.
Work with Business Development to identify and engage new corporate accounts.
Develop and execute on strategy for assigned programs and adjust as needed.
Develop multi-year program strategies and oversee budget and financial performance.
