Qualifications

• 5+ years of DME billing and compliance experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong working knowledge of DMEPOS, HCPCS codes, modifiers, and billing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full revenue cycle: claims submission, denials, appeals, collections, and payment posting.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, HIPAA, and payer regulations.
• Guide billing processes for regulatory changes and new products.
