Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Manager of Revenue Cycle Compliance and Audit to lead risk-based audits across the DME order-to-payment lifecycle. The role requires Medicare DMEPOS expertise and the ability to drive corrective actions.

The ideal candidate will design audits, investigate complex payer issues, and partner with operational leaders to implement practical controls and communicate findings to Compliance leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, accounting, finance, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least five years in healthcare compliance, reimbursement audit, or revenue integrity.
• Direct Medicare DMEPOS experience.
• Two+ years leading audits or cross-functional projects.
• Strong knowledge of the DME order-to-payment lifecycle and payer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute risk-based audits across the DME lifecycle.
• Investigate Medicare and commercial patient complaints.
• Coordinate external payer audits and analyze claims data.
• Provide actionable findings to Compliance leadership and validate corrective actions.
• Partner with operations to implement sustainable controls.
