XRHealth America seeks an experienced RCM Manager to lead the revenue cycle for our growing DME business. You will build scalable processes, supervise a dedicated team, and drive accuracy, productivity, and compliance across eligibility, prior authorizations, claims, denials, and collections.

The ideal candidate has direct DME revenue cycle experience, at least five years in healthcare rev cycle with supervisory experience, and strong Excel and analytics skills.

Qualifications

• Direct DME revenue cycle experience.
• At least five years in DME or healthcare rev cycle with 2+ years in management.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare DME billing and DME MAC policies.
• Experience billing Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage and commercial plans.
• Experience managing claims, payment posting, denials, appeals, AR, and collections.
• Working knowledge of HCPCS codes, ICD-10 codes, modifiers, prior authorization, and timely filing.
• Experience developing workflows, SOPs, quality controls, and performance standards.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Needham, Massachusetts.

Responsabilités

• Lead the day-to-day DME revenue cycle team and establish workflows.
• Oversee eligibility verification, intake, prior authorization, and claims submission.
• Manage denials, appeals, AR, and collections with timely follow-up.
• Develop SOPs, quality controls, and performance standards.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI to improve accuracy and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and payer policies.
