Job summary

Creative Corrections is hiring for a Design, Monitoring, and Evaluation Program Analyst in Washington, DC, for a contract role with the U.S. Department of State.

The analyst will support data enrollment, reporting, analysis, and visualization, and assist in designing monitoring plans and evaluations. Qualifications include a Bachelor's (and a Master’s preferred), 4–6 years in the field, and strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and GIS/BI tools.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Federal regulations related to the domain.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience facilitating organizational change.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of design, monitoring and evaluation practices.
• Active or ability to obtain Secret clearance.
• Experience with data visualization tools and GIS.
• Spanish language proficiency advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex financial and program data for reports.
• Track program accomplishments and prepare summaries.
• Ensure data quality and use indicators for verification.
• Produce written and oral reports as requested.
• Draft regional maps showing security and crime trends.
• Develop SOPs and contribute to program design improvements.
• Provide training on reports and dashboards to staff.
