Job summary

TJFACT is seeking a Design, Monitoring, and Evaluation (DME) Program Analyst to support the Department of State – INL/WHP office in Washington, DC. The position is onsite, full-time, and equivalent to a Program/Management Analyst Level 3.

The role emphasizes data analysis, reporting, SOP development, and coordination with INL embassy staff and partners. Required qualifications include a BA, 4–6 years in the field, knowledge of federal regulations, and active security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 4–6 years’ experience in relevant field.
• Knowledge of Federal regulations related to INL.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Knowledge of international narcotics and law enforcement issues.
• Active security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial, program planning, bilateral, and evaluation documents for reports.
• Track INL accomplishments and outcomes across the Western Hemisphere.
• Ensure quality indicators and data verification in reports and databases.
• Draft regional maps of security and criminality challenges and INL responses.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for INL programs.
