Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, process-driven Operations Manager to lead and optimize our day-to-day operations. This is a key leadership role in a growing company, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys building processes from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for systems and efficiency, and experience in operations, preferably within the healthcare or DME space.
Key Responsibilities:
·Design, implement, and refine operational workflows and SOPs to ensure efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
·Manage and support operations staff, ensuring alignment with company goals and adherence to performance standards.
·Oversee procurement, inventory tracking, and distribution of DME products to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
·Ensure operations comply with healthcare regulations and documentation requirements; maintain accurate records.
·Coordinate with vendors, delivery partners, and internal teams to optimize the supply chain and service delivery.
·Leverage and help implement operational software and tools to improve data tracking, reporting, and automation.
·Track KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and present actionable insights to leadership to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
·3+ years of operations or process management experience (DME, healthcare, or logistics preferred)
·Demonstrated success in building and optimizing systems and processes
·Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
·Comfortable working in a startup environment — agile, proactive, and hands-on
·Experience with inventory management software, CRM systems, and/or logistics platforms
·Excellent communication and leadership skills
