Job summary

MasVida Health Care Solutions seeks an Equipment Delivery Driver-Non CDL in Plano, TX, to safely deliver and set up durable medical equipment and related devices for patients and healthcare facilities. You will handle training on equipment use and ensure accurate documentation.

The role requires handling up to 75 lbs, maintaining clean driving records, and adhering to infection control and regulatory standards while delivering compassionate service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in delivery, logistics, or DME preferred.
• Must pass a background check, DOT physical, and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Load, transport, and deliver DME and oxygen-related equipment to healthcare providers and patients.
• Set up, test, and ensure proper operation of delivered equipment; provide basic instruction to facility staff.
• Retrieve equipment from customer locations; inspect and document condition.
• Follow infection control, equipment cleaning, and PPE protocols.
• Complete delivery and pickup documentation, including proof of delivery and work orders.
• Maintain vehicles stocked with necessary supplies and in safe condition.
• Report damaged equipment and feedback to Branch Operations Manager or Area Director.
• Comply with DOT, FDA, and HIPAA regulations governing medical devices.
• Assist with warehouse duties such as staging, loading, and cleaning when needed.
• Demonstrate professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
