Job summary

Integra Healthcare Equipment in Wisconsin is seeking Service Technicians / Medical Equipment Delivery Drivers for full-time roles. You will deliver and assemble hospital beds, respiratory gear, wheelchairs, and other equipment to nursing homes and hospice sites, while training staff on safe operation.

The position requires route management, professional customer interaction, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Driver’s License with no major infractions within 3 years.
• DOT Medical Certification required or achievable.
• Able to lift and maneuver up to 100 lbs.
• Background check and pre-employment drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Drive a 16 ft box truck daily and keep truck stocked and organized.
• Contact patients by phone to schedule deliveries and routes.
• Meet delivery time frames with professional, empathetic communication.
• Assemble medical equipment and educate caregivers/patients on safe use.
• Complete documentation accurately and submit daily.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code.
• Assist training of new employees when required.
