Job summary

Integra Healthcare Equipment LLC in Olivette, MO is hiring Medical Equipment Technicians/Delivery Drivers to operate a 16 ft box truck, assemble and educate on hospital beds, respiratory and ambulatory equipment, and manage patient deliveries. The role requires lifting up to 100 lbs, valid licensure, DOT medical certification, and ability to work afternoons and weekends.

Starting pay ranges with experience, full-time direct hire, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Driver's License without any major infractions within 3 years.
• Must possess, or be able to obtain, a valid DOT Medical Certification.
• Must be insurable and meet our insurance carrier requirements.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.
• Must be able to lift and maneuver equipment up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Must be able to work afternoons, rotating weekends, and on-call rotation.
• Steel Toe shoes are a requirement for this position.

Responsibilities

• Drive a 16 ft box truck daily and keep the delivery truck stocked and organized.
• Contact patients by telephone to schedule deliveries and plan routes to meet patient needs.
• Communicate professionally with customers, clients, and patients while being empathetic.
• Manage routes to meet delivery time frames.
• Assemble medical equipment and educate caregivers/patients on safe use.
• Complete and submit required documentation daily.
• Use electronic data entry devices.
• Install, pickup, and service basic DME equipment.
• Assist training of new employees when required.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
