Job summary

MasVida Health Care Solutions is hiring an Equipment Delivery Technician responsible for safe, timely delivery, setup, and retrieval of durable medical equipment to healthcare facilities and patients. You will ensure equipment is clean, functional, and properly documented while delivering excellent customer service.

You will work with field teams to uphold quality, safety, and regulatory compliance, including DOT, FDA, and HIPAA guidelines, and you may assist with warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of delivery/logistics experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and operate equipment safely.
• Must pass background check, DOT Physical, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, set up, and retrieve DME and oxygen equipment to healthcare facilities and patients.
• Test equipment and provide basic operation instruction to facility staff.
• Document delivery conditions, proof of delivery, and work orders.
• Maintain vehicles with supplies and ensure safe operation.
• Follow infection control, PPE, and HIPAA regulations.
• Communicate schedule issues with dispatch and branch teams.
