Job summary

Beacon Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine is recruiting a Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Coordinator for our outpatient clinic sites. You will oversee the DME program, manage orders, documentation, and inventory, and educate patients on DME usage and fitting.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in a fast-paced outpatient setting with familiarity with medical terminology and prior authorization duties. Competitive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• DME experience and knowledge of durable medical equipment workflows.
• Experience with prior authorizations, especially in DME or rehab.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily DME program operations at the site.
• Manage ordering, documentation and data entry for DME supplies.
• Maintain inventory and provide patient fitting and education on DME.
