Job summary

Quipt Home Medical, Corp. is seeking an Asset Manager to optimize our DME inventory across rental, repair, and disposal workflows. You will ensure accurate asset records, coordinate with operations, billing, intake, and compliance to maximize utilization while controlling costs.

The role requires 2–5 years in DME or related fields, strong Excel and data analysis, and the ability to work with multiple departments and external vendors. Competitive benefits and a stable work environment are offered.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in DME, medical equipment, healthcare operations, inventory management, or asset management.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work with multiple departments and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all DME assets throughout their lifecycle.
• Track equipment from purchasing to delivery, patient use, return, repair, refurbishment, and disposition.
• Monitor equipment location, status, serial numbers, and rental status.
• Conduct regular physical inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Identify lost, missing, damaged, or inactive equipment and coordinate resolution.
• Monitor equipment utilization and availability to ensure adequate inventory levels.
• Identify opportunities to reduce unnecessary equipment expenses.
• Ensure returned equipment is inspected and processed before inventory.
