CDL-A OTR Team Driver | $1,800–$2,000 Weekly | $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

DYP Transportation is hiring experienced CDL-A OTR Team Drivers in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

This full-time FedEx OTR team position offers 4,800–5,300+ miles per week, weekly pay, assigned newer equipment, dedicated and undedicated regional routes, and competitive benefits.

Routes

Dedicated Routes — $0.36 CPM

Consistent routes with the same general destinations. Typical destinations include:

• Ohio
• Mississippi
• Utah
• Louisiana
• New York
• Massachusetts

URR (Undedicated Regional) — $0.40 CPM

• Approximately 4,800–5,300 miles per week
• Routes vary based on freight needs and available loads

Drivers must be comfortable with OTR team operations and extended time on the road.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Tuesday–Saturday
• Dispatch from Hutchins, TX 75141
• Full-week commitment required
• Team driving

Equipment

Our fleet includes:

• 15 Freightliner 2026 models — automatic transmission
• 10 International 2025 models
• 5 Kenworth 2022–2024 models
• Assigned trucks — no slip seating

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Doubles endorsement prior to starting - we can help train!
• At least 1 full year of tractor-trailer driving experience in the last 3 years, 5 full years of tractor-trailer driving experience in the last 10 years OR must have a FedEx approved CDL school to qualify as a new driver.
• Team driving experience or ability to comfortably operate in a team environment
• Safe driving record
• Ability to meet applicable FedEx and DOT requirements
• Ability to successfully complete required background and drug screening

Experience obtained through an approved driving school may count toward the required experience.
