About the Role
We’re seeking aSenior Full-Stack Engineerto lead the architecture and implementation of intelligent, scalable web applications. You’ll work hands-on withDjango, React, PostgreSQL, andAWS, while collaborating closely with data scientists to deliver AI-driven product features.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop full-stack applications withAI model integration.
• Build APIs and backend logic inDjangoand develop dynamic UIs inReact.
• Design efficient data models and optimize performance inPostgreSQL.
• Deploy and monitor machine learning models in production environments usingAWS(e.g., Lambda, ECS, SageMaker).
• Guide team members, lead code reviews, and enforce best practices.
• Be available for collaboration, meetings, and feedback cycles duringEastern Standard Time (EST)hours.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience withPython/DjangoandReact.
• Strong experience withPostgreSQLdatabase design and performance tuning.
• Practical experience deployingmachine learning modelsin real-world applications.
• Proficiency withAWSservices for web and AI application deployment.
• Ability to work autonomously, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architecture decisions.
• Must be able towork EST hours.
