Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to deliver expert DIY assistance, identify parts, and support advanced store systems. This full-time role requires strong knowledge of automotive systems, parts sourcing, and exceptional customer service.

3–5 years of automotive parts experience, valid driver's license, and ASE certification preferred. Candidates should be able to work varied shifts, perform battery tests and wiper installs, and operate POS and parts lookup systems.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret parts catalogs and safety manuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
