Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to assist DIY customers with advanced parts knowledge, store systems, and service capabilities. This full-time role requires strong product knowledge, excellent customer service, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include selling, inventory management, battery testing, and operating POS and lookup systems, with emphasis on safety and quality service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• English proficiency; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals.
• Manage DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high customer service and store appearance.
• Handle key holder duties including opening/closing.
• Assist in inventory and store cleanliness.
• Operate POS and parts lookup systems.
