Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY sales, with strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts lookup. The role includes servicing DIY customers, battery and wiper installations, and key holder duties. ASE certification is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Strong selling and customer service skills.
• Ability to read safety rules and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing, wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities: task assignment, safety, open/close duties.
• Assist in store inventory processes and store cleanliness.
• Provide DIY services including installation and testing of batteries.
