Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY functions in-store and over the phone, with expert knowledge of parts and automotive systems. You will perform battery testing, service tasks, and source parts while delivering top-tier customer service.

The role requires 3-5 years in automotive parts, a valid driver’s license, ASE certification preferred, and the ability to operate inventory and POS systems. Requires flexible days/evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Strong selling and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate store inventory and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
