Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY functions and customer service in our store.

The role requires expert knowledge of store systems, parts knowledge, and strong sales ability to meet store goals while providing exceptional service. Responsibilities include managing DIY services, assisting customers via in-store visits and calls, and leveraging diagnostic equipment and inventory systems to locate parts and fulfill orders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• English language skills; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
