Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced functions of the DIY business. The role requires expert knowledge of store systems, parts knowledge, and automotive systems.

It involves high-volume customer interactions, advanced identification, and sourcing from multiple channels. The candidate should have 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, strong selling skills, and the ability to perform DIY services like battery tests and wiper installations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability and a track record of fulfilling customer transactions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Meet personal and store sales goals while delivering high-quality service.
• Manage DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs) and ensure accurate parts sourcing.
• Maintain store appearance, safety, and compliance with procedures.
