The candidate will handle in-store and phone sales, perform DIY services like battery installs, and contribute to inventory control and store maintenance. English communication is required with Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability and experience in fulfilling customer transactions.
• Valid driver's license required; ASE certification preferred but not required.
• English speaking and writing skills; Spanish a plus.
• Ability to read safety rules and manuals; basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customers in-store and via phone.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment, opening/closing duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes like cycle counts and stock replenishment.
• Operate POS and parts lookup systems; provide professional advice on parts and diagnostics.
