Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY business, assist customers in-store and by phone, and contribute to sales targets. The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts knowledge, and the ability to source from multiple channels.

Formación

• Proficient in spoken and written English; Spanish a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; able to build relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in person and by phone.
• Achieve personal sales goals and support store sales targets.
• Perform DIY services: battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain inventory and store operational standards; support cycle counts and back stock.
• Safely deliver parts to customers and manage parts lookup systems.
