The role requires knowledge of basic automotive parts, store systems, and inventory maintenance; it can be part-time or full-time and may involve delivering parts to customers. Responsibilities include assisting customers in-store and via phone, performing DIY services, and ensuring inventory accuracy while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Able to operate POS and parts lookup systems and perform basic math accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals; assist with DIY services (battery installs, wiper installs).
• Maintain product and operational standards; manage inventory processes (cycle counts, back stock).
• Safely deliver parts and assist with stocking and store cleanliness.
