Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY business with strong knowledge of store systems, parts knowledge, and automotive basics.

The role may be part-time or full-time and requires reliable service, accuracy, and a focus on customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, performing DIY services, and maintaining inventory and store standards while providing friendly, effective communication to customers and team members.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to source from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers.
• Basic automotive system knowledge and basic part knowledge.
• Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).
• Experience with inventory, POS and parts lookup systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in store visits and on the phone.
• Achieve personal sales goals and support overall store sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and wiper installations.
• Maintain store product and operational standards and inventory processes.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
