Qualifications

• English language required; Spanish a plus.
• 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate store systems and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Meet personal sales goals and assist store in meeting goals.
• Install/perform DIY services like battery installation and wiper installs as needed.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory tasks including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock.
