Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. in Georgia seeks a Salesperson to support the DIY business and meet sales/service objectives. This entry-level role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts knowledge, and effective customer interactions.

You will perform DIY services such as battery installations and wiper installs, assist with inventory management, and maintain store standards while delivering outstanding service to DIY customers both in-store and by phone.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to source from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers.
• Basic driving and navigation ability.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Ability to operate inventory systems and store equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store achieve its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
