Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY customers in-store and by phone. You will help meet sales goals, perform basic automotive part knowledge, and assist with battery installations, testing, and wiper services.

The role requires strong English communication, ability to use store systems, and reliable teamwork. The position may be part-time or full-time, with responsibilities including inventory and showroom upkeep.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment, providing superior customer experiences.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus) and communicate effectively with customers, peers and management.
• Use basic math to handle transactions and measurements accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goal and help store achieve its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
• Store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot.
