Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry level Salesperson to support the DIY business with strong knowledge of store systems, parts, and basic automotive concepts. This role can be part-time or full-time and emphasizes excellent customer interaction and accurate inventory handling.

Responsibilities include DIY service offers (battery tests, installs), applying safety practices, and delivering parts as needed. Strong communication and reliability are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Basic driving and navigation ability.
• Ability to use delivery board system.
• Friendly communication with customers and team.
• Knowledge of safety rules and inventory processes.
• Comfort with operating POS and parts lookup systems.
• Familiarity with automotive parts and DIY services.
• Ability to read safety instructions and parts catalogs.
• Basic math skills for transactions.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and calls.
• Meet personal sales goals and assist store sales targets.
• Perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and store standards.
• Handle store operations including stocking and back stock tasks.
• Safely deliver parts to customers when needed.
• Keep the store clean and organized; assist with general stocking.
