You will drive customer engagement, perform DIY services, manage inventory, and assist with deliveries as needed while maintaining friendly communication and professional service.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment, providing superior customer experiences.
• Basic automotive system knowledge and ability to assist customers with DIY tasks.
• Ability to use store systems, navigate parts catalogs, and perform inventory tasks.
• Willingness to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in person and over the phone.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals while delivering strong service.
• Perform DIY services such as battery installations and wiper installations.
• Maintain store product and operational standards and complete inventory tasks.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed and keep work areas clean.
