Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Meet personal sales goals and help store achieve overall targets.
• Perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store inventory and operational standards; assist with cycle counts and back stock.
• Safely deliver parts to customers and support store cleanliness and organization.
