Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Basic automotive knowledge and ability to source parts from stores, hubs, and suppliers.
• Ability to use store and inventory systems and handle parts lookup with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and over the phone.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help the store reach its targets.
• Perform DIY services support such as battery installation and wiper replacements as needed.
• Maintain store product and operational standards and manage inventory processes (receiving, stocking, cycle counts).
• Safely deliver parts to customers and keep the store clean and organized.
