Advance Auto Parts is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and achieve sales and service objectives. The role requires good knowledge of store systems and basic automotive parts knowledge, with the ability to source parts from multiple channels.

The position can be part time or full time, with safety certification preferred. Responsibilities include delivering DIY services, maintaining inventory, and providing excellent customer experiences in-store and by phone.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to source parts from stores, hubs, and suppliers.
• Basic driving/navigation skills and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and calls.
• Hit personal and store sales goals and assist service objectives.
• Deliver DIY services such as battery tests and wiper installs.
• Maintain store inventory and operations quality.
• Handle inventory processes including put-away and counts.
