Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY business and achieve sales and service objectives. The role requires knowledge of store systems, parts and automotive basics, plus the ability to source from multiple channels.

The position can be part time or full time and involves driving duties and delivering parts as needed. The person will handle DIY services, maintain inventory accuracy, and engage customers with friendly service.

Formación

• English speaking and writing; Spanish a plus.
• Read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and parts catalogs.
• Basic math for transactions and inventory counts.
• Ability to work varied days, evenings, and weekends.
• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Hit personal sales goals and support store targets.
• Perform DIY services such as battery installs and wiper replacements.
• Maintain inventory and store appearance; handle stock and back room tasks.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
