Qualifications

• Entry level sales role supporting the DIY business and meeting sales goals.
• Knowledge of store systems, basic automotive concepts, and parts.
• Ability to source from stores, hubs, PDQ and external suppliers.
• Experience with inventory processes and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in person and by phone.
• Meet personal sales goals and help the store achieve its targets.
• Perform DIY services such as battery installations and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards and manage inventory.
• Handle inventory processes including put away, cycle counts, and back stock.
• Keep the store clean and stocked; safely deliver parts as needed.
