The role requires basic automobile parts knowledge, store systems familiarity, and the ability to source parts from various channels, with part-time or full-time options. The position emphasizes safety, inventory control, and delivering excellent customer service, including in-store and phone interactions, while maintaining cleanliness and operating standards in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Must be able to drive and navigate reliably.
• Ability to use the delivery board system for dispatching.Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Spanish a plus).
• Knowledge of parts and automotive systems is preferred.
• Experience operating inventory systems and store equipment.
• Ability to locate and stock parts efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and by phone.
• Aim to meet personal sales goals and support store sales targets.
• Perform DIY services like battery installations and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product standards and inventory processes.
