• Basic driving and navigation abilities.
• Ability to use delivery board system.

• Ability to locate and stock parts efficiently.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and store equipment.
• Safety knowledge relevant to retail and automotive environments.
• English proficiency; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and via phone.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals.
• Perform DIY services such as battery installations and wiper installations where applicable.
• Maintain storefront standards and orderly inventory.
• Handle stocking, cycle counts, back stock, and front-facing duties.
• Safely deliver parts to customers when needed.
