Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and achieve sales/service objectives. The role requires basic automotive knowledge, parts sourcing skills, and familiarity with store systems.

It is a flexible schedule position, with duties including battery/wiper service and inventory maintenance. You will interact with customers in-store and by phone, deliver parts as needed, and help maintain a clean, organized retail environment.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge for DIY services.
• Ability to work days, evenings, weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach targets.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, and back stock.
• Keep store clean and stocked, including floors, bathrooms, and parking lot.
