Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Salesperson to support our DIY customers in-store and over the phone. This entry-level role focuses on delivering excellent service, knowledge of store systems, parts, and automotive basics, and helping customers source items from stores, hubs, and external suppliers.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment, providing superior customer experiences.
• Basic automotive system knowledge and part knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store achieve its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
