Job summary

Qualifications

• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus); communicate effectively with customers, peers and management.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and manuals.
• Perform basic math for transactions and part pricing.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and by phone.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach its targets.
• Provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Manage inventory including truck put-away, cycle counts, back stock, and shelves.
• Keep the store clean, including floors, bathrooms, and parking area.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
