2–3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
Basic math skills and ability to use store systems.
Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).
Familiarity with driving/delivery and stocking procedures.

Responsabilités

Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
Achieve personal sales goals and help store meet broader targets.
Provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installations.
Maintain store product and operational standards.
Handle inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, and back stock.
Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
